No. Pre-registration is free and you don't enter a card now. You'll add one at activation after launch, and the first payment happens after 30 days.
Pre-registering doesn't commit you to anything. After activation, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Cancel during the free month and you pay nothing.
Alerts for new appointments, family profiles, request history, and member pricing on searches. You can book 1 free appointment during the free month.
