Yes. We take your insurance into account and search only for doctors who accept it. We charge a one-time fee of 300 CZK for each request.
One completed request costs CZK 300. When you submit, your card details are saved securely — no charge yet. You are charged CZK 300 once we find available appointment slots for you. If we can't find a doctor, your card is never charged and you pay nothing. The fee covers both our manual work and AI assistance in finding the fastest available appointments. A subscription option is planned for the future.
Currently, it may take up to one hour during doctors’ standard office hours. Outside those hours, it might take longer. Once we fully automate our system, you'll receive options within 10 minutes.
We do not look for urgent care slots. If it’s an emergency, please go to the nearest emergency department or call 155.
Not yet. Our services depend on doctors’ availability and working hours. However, we are working toward 24/7 availability via online appointment integration.
Once we find an available doctor, your payment is confirmed and we send you full appointment details by email (and possibly SMS): doctor, location, and time. We’ll also send a reminder the day before your visit.
Not necessarily. Let us know your language preferences in the form, and we’ll do our best to connect you with a doctor who speaks your language. We also offer paid translator services via our partners.
No, we currently do not provide invoices for reimbursement. Our service is separate from healthcare providers and serves as a concierge-type assistance.

Yes. We specialize in helping people register with a new doctor, if you’re new in town or just want to switch. Just submit a request, and we’ll find the best nearby option.
No. Gomed is not a medical facility or healthcare provider. We are a service that finds and books the fastest available appointments on your behalf.
We’ve personally experienced how frustrating and time-consuming it is to call dozens of clinics, only to hear “we do not accept new patients” or “nothing available for the next 3 months.” Gomed saves you hours of calls by using automation and AI to do the hard work for you.
No — not unless you confirm and pay for a chosen time slot. Until then, doctors only receive anonymized info: your reason for the visit, language preferences, and type of insurance.
According to Czech healthcare law, you can change your registered doctor (GP, gynecologist, or dentist) only once every three months through a new official registration. One-time visits to other registered doctors are not allowed unless it’s an emergency or your doctor is unavailable.
