If we don't find an appointment, you pay nothing (members get the credit back). During the 14-day free trial you can book 1 free slot. Free GP registration applies to the annual plan, for adults and for now in Prague only.
Credits for members
When the appointment you need isn't in the free-slot pool, we find it for you. Members pay with credits. A standard search = 1 credit, a complex search (e.g. child psychiatry) = 2 credits. You always see the price upfront.
Purchased credits don't expire while your membership is active. If we don't find a doctor, the credit is returned. After membership ends, unused credits expire after 30 days (resubscribe within 30 days and we restore them).
Pricing questions
We save your card but only charge it once we send you appointment options. The price starts at 490 CZK and, depending on how hard the search is, you see it upfront.
The first 14 days are free. You enter your card at the start, but we only charge it on day 15 — unless you cancel before then. During the trial you can book 1 free slot from the pool and buy searches at member prices.
Yes, anytime in your subscription settings. Switching to annual also unlocks the annual perks, such as free GP registration (Prague for now).
Anytime in your account settings. A monthly plan runs until the end of the paid month and then doesn't renew. Nothing else to handle.
